tech article 10/21

We all know about the oil spill off the coast of the gulf.  But, what happens when they want to send a robotic sailboat to clean up the mess?  The robots name is protei. It was made by a young engineer named cesar harada.  It is said that private boats withskimming equipment and skimmers are only able to collect 3% of the oil.  But protei is unmanned, autonomous, inexpensive and open hardware.  Making it a potentially powerful weapon in the battle to clean the gulf
